摘要
目的:探讨中文医学知识图谱发展状况及制约因素。方法:检索1990—2020年中国知网(CNKI)和PubMed中文医学知识图谱文献并分析。结果:共获取395篇文献,其中期刊论文213篇(有基金支持123篇)。结论:2009年医学知识图谱研究起步,2018年快速发展,在中医药、影像智能、疾病风险预测等方面取得较大进步。中文医学知识图谱建设要更注重知识的正确性和更新的及时性。由于医学知识复杂,目前通用的知识推理和融合技术是制约医学知识图谱发展的瓶颈。
Objective:To explore the development status and restrictive factors of Chinese medical knowledge graph.Methods:Search and analyze the literature on CNKI and PubMed medical knowledge graph from 1990 to 2020.Results:A total of 395 documents were obtained,including 213 journals(123 funders).Conclusion:Research started in 2009 and developed rapidly in 2018.Great progress has been made in traditional Chinese medicine,imaging intelligence,and disease risk prediction.The construction of Chinese medical knowledge graph should pay more attention to the correctness of knowledge and the timeliness and authority of updating.Because of the complexity of medical knowledge,current general knowledge reasoning and fusion technologies are the bottleneck restricting the development of medical knowledge graph.
