摘要
根据教育主管部门的要求,《大学生心理健康教育》课程已经在各高校中得到普及,但对于来华留学生的心理健康教育缺乏专门的理论、制度指导。来华留学生不仅与国内学生一样承受来自学业的压力、人际的压力,还承受着来自跨文化的语言、环境等压力。在来华留学生的心理健康教育教学过程中,应根据学生特点,选择合理的教学方式,提高来华留学生心理健康教育教学质量。
With the requirements of education authorities,the course of college students’mental health education has been popularized in colleges and universities.There is no special theory and system guidance for the mental health education of students coming to China.Students coming to China,like domestic students,are not only under pressure from their studies and interpersonal pressures,but also from cross-cultural language and environment.In the process of mental health education teaching of international students,we should choose reasonable teaching methods according to the characteristics of students,and improve the teaching quality of mental health education for students coming to China.
