摘要
[目的]探讨一种用特殊岩石处理的饮用水(K水)对小鼠血液的影响.[方法]选择体质量与鼠龄相近的清洁级昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组及实验组,分别给予标准饮用水和K水饲养90 d后测定各组小鼠血液各项指标、全血相对黏度及红细胞在低渗氯化钠溶液中的溶血率.[结果]实验组小鼠血液相对黏度小于对照组,在质量分数为0.55%的氯化钠溶液中的溶血率较对照组降低32.02%,相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]K水可加强红细胞膜对低渗盐溶液的抵抗能力,有效降低红细胞溶血率.
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of drinking water treated with special rocks(K-water)on the blood of mice.METHODS Clean Kunming mice with similar body mass and age were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.After feeding with standard drinking water and K water for 90 days,blood various indexes,whole blood relative viscosity and hemolysis rate of erythrocytes in hypotonic sodium chloride solution were measured.RESULTS The relative viscosity of blood in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the hemolysis rate in 0.55%NaCl solution was decreased by 32.02%compared with that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION K-water can strengthen the resistance of erythrocyte membrane to hypotonic saline solution and effectively reduce the hemolysis rate of erythrocytes.
