摘要
社区志愿服务在应对紧急状况、促进群体动员、提供公共服务、维持社会稳定方面的作用越来越明显,是提升社会治理能力的重要方式。深度媒介化背景下,基于网络媒介使用的在线社会资本,如何对社区志愿服务参与意愿的提升产生影响?文章通过对西安4个不同类型社区的实证研究,从线上社会资本的结构、关系和认知三个维度对社区居民的志愿服务参与意愿进行分析,结果显示:线上结构型社会资本对居民志愿服务参与意愿的影响最为显著,认知型社会资本对志愿服务参与意愿的影响相对较低;七个子维度中,共同愿景、信任、连结是影响居民志愿服务参与意愿的最主要因素。将这些因素与协同理论和社会行动理论相结合来指导实践,可以有效提升长效的社区志愿服务意愿。
As an important way to enhance social governance capabilities,volunteer service in community is becoming increasingly important in responding to emergency situations,promoting group mobilization,providing public services,and maintaining social stability.The article conducts an empirical research on four different types of communities in Xi'an city,analyzes the willingness of residents to participate in volunteer services from structure,relationship,and cognition of online social capital.The result points out that online structured social capital has the most significant impact on residents'willingness,while the impact of cognitive social capital is relatively low;Among the seven sub dimensions,shared vision,trust,and connection are the most important factors.The combination of these factors with synergy theory and social action theory can effectively enhance the long-term willingness of volunteer services.
