摘要
基于人工智能技术的发展与媒体转型对人才培养提出的新要求,目前国内高校媒体实验室建设呈蓬勃发展之势。本研究结合问卷调查和深度调研,调查新闻传播类院系媒体实验室建设和媒体实验室人才培养现状。研究发现,目前我国新闻传播类院系普遍建设了媒体实验室,但依然存在观念滞后、使用效率低、师资匮乏、运行机制不科学等问题,阻碍了媒体实验室的深度应用。本研究进一步对其问题产生原因以及媒体实验室的多重功能与应用模式进行分析,以期为高校践行实践育人理念、科学有效地应用媒体实验室、推动智媒人才培养模式转型提供借鉴与参考。
Due to the development of artificial intelligence technology and the new requirements of media transformation on talent cultivation,the construction of media labs in domestic universities is currently booming.Combining questionnaires and intensive research,this study investigates the current situation of media lab construction and media lab talent cultivation,and finds that media labs are commonly built in journalism and communication faculties in China,but there are still problems such as lagging concepts,low efficiency of use,lack of teachers and unscientific operation mechanism,which hinder the deep application of media labs.On this basis,this study further analyzes the causes of the above problems and the multiple functions and application models of media labs,in order to provide reference for universities to practice the concept of practical education,apply media labs scientifically and effectively,and promote the transformation of journalism and communication talents cultivation model.
