摘要 青少年"奶茶一代"消费狂欢的背后是奶茶的饮用价值逐渐被符号价值取代的嬗变过程。青少年在网络空间围绕"奶茶"进行仪式化的自我展现,在赋意符号权力的实现过程中达成想象性关联的符号隐喻,赋予奶茶符号新的内涵,形成圈层互动的奶茶社交现象。青少年在对潮流饮品的个性选择中传达对自由平等精神的追寻,通过"晒奶茶"或传播"奶茶表情包"在网络社交空间达成圈层互动确认彼此身份。"奶茶"亚文化在强调主体意识的风格下包含着对主流饮食文化秩序的抵抗,但这种抵抗逐步消解于与主导文化的融合中。商家与消费者的关系实质上是关于主导权的争夺博弈、互动共建的赋权关系。应警惕"奶茶"亚文化背后青少年产生的自我麻痹的社会逃离,避免奶茶消费异化造成青少年的价值虚无,弥补青少年健康传播的缺失,努力寻求奶茶亚文化与主流文化的同频共振。 Behind the juvenile"milk tea generation"consumption carnival is the evolutionary process in which the drinking value of milk tea is gradually replaced by symbolic values.Adolescents perform ritualized self-expression around"milk tea"in cyberspace,achieve imaginative symbolic metaphors in the realization of symbolic power,give milk tea symbols new connotations,and form a social phenomenon of interactive milk tea.Teenagers express their pursuit of freedom and equality in their personal choices of trendy drinks,and through"milk tea"or spreading"milk tea emoji"in the internet social space to achieve circle interaction to confirm each other’s identities.The milk tea subculture contains resistance to the mainstream food culture order under the style of emphasizing subject consciousness,but this resistance gradually disappears in the integration with the dominant culture.The relationship between merchants and consumers is essentially a powr-enhancing relationship for subject right,based on the competition,interaction and co-construction.Therefore,the self-paralyzed social escape of young people behind the milk tea subculture should arouse social attention,so as to avoid the value of the young people caused by the alienation of milk tea consumption,and to make up for the lack of adolescent health transmission.We should strive to find the same frequency resonance between the milk tea subculture and the mainstream culture.
