基础力学集成小型化实验装置研制

摘要 材料力学实验中的梁弯曲实验、弯扭组合变形实验、压杆稳定实验、等强度梁实验、弹性模量泊松比测定实验,理论力学中的桁架实验,以及一些应变测量创新实验,力学竞赛项目,所需最大载荷较小,加载装置具有一定的通用性。此外,由于实验室空间资源愈发紧张,可用于实验教学实验室面积不足,需要将一些实验项目合并到一起。因此研制基础力学集成小型化实验装置,可用于部分理论力学、材料力学教学,学生创新实验与创新竞赛。 In the experiment of mechanics of materials,beam bending experiment,combined bending and torsion deformation experiment,compression bar stability experiment,equal strength beam experiment,Poisson's ratio measurement experiment of elastic modulus,truss experiment in theoretical mechanics,and some innovative experiments of strain measurement,the maximum load required is small,and the loading device has certain versatility.In addition,due to the shortage of laboratory space resources and the lack of laboratory area,some experimental projects need to be combined.Therefore,the development of integrated miniaturized experimental device for basic mechanics can be used in the teaching of part of theoretical mechanics and mechanics of materials,as well as students'innovative experiments and competitions.
