两种加工工艺提取重瓣红玫瑰细胞液化学成分分析初报 被引量:4

A Preliminary Report on the Chemical Constituent Analysis of the Cell Sap Obtained from DoublePetal Red Rose by Two Processing Technique

摘要 重瓣红玫瑰是唯一的药食同源玫瑰品种,利用亚真空低温烘干和真空冷冻干燥两种工艺加工得到的细胞液质量有差异。两种细胞液都含有玫瑰精油的易挥发成分,采用固相微萃取(SPME)进行前处理并经GC-MS分析细胞液化学成分,初步发现真空冷冻干燥工艺得到的细胞液质量较好。 Double-petal red rose is the only medicinal and edible rose species of the same origin.The quality of the cell sap produced by two processing technique of sub-vacuum low-temperature drying and vacuum freeze-drying were different.They all contained volatile components of rose essential oil.The chemical components of cell sap were analyzed by SPME-GC/MS.The results showed that the quality of cell sap produced by vacuum freeze-drying was better.
