摘要
为加强对化妆品中山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的质量监控,对《化妆品安全技术规范》中所列山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的测定方法进行了优化。样品经甲醇提取后,使用C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离,以甲醇-甲酸溶液(体积比35︰65)为流动相,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为290 nm。结果发现,在给定的浓度范围内山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,方法回收率为85.8%~98.1%,检出限分别为0.1697和0.1635μg/m L。优化后的方法可用于测定化妆品中的山梨酸和脱氢乙酸,分离效果好,干扰少,准确度高,重现性好,是对《化妆品安全技术规范》中相关测定方法的优化和补充。
To improve the method for determination of sorbic acid and dehydroacetic in cosmetics by HPLC according to"Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics",the sample was extracted by methanol and separated with methanol-formic acid solution(volume ratio 35/65)as mobile phase on C18 analytical column,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,detector wavelength was set at 290 nm.The results showed that the method had good linear relationship in proper concentration range and regression coefficient was greater than 0.995,the recoveries were between 85.8%and 98.1%,the detectable limit was 0.1697-0.1635μg/mL.The improved method is more accurate,reproducible,rapid,and reliable,it is a successful supplement to the determination method of sorbic acid and dehydroacetic in cosmetics specificated in"Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics".
