摘要
建立了以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定化妆品中禁用成分萘甲唑啉的分析方法。不同类型的化妆品采用含0.1 mol/L盐酸的甲醇溶液超声提取,经DIKMA Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)色谱柱分离后,用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测。以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性,外标法定量,液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)确证。结果表明:萘甲唑啉的方法检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为1.0μg/g和3.0μg/g,在0.3~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999,平均加标回收率为92.1%~97.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.75%~3.21%。该方法快速、高效、准确,适用于多种类型化妆品中萘甲唑啉的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method was established for the determination of naphazoline in cosmetics.The samples were extracted with methanol(containing 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid),then separated on a DIKMA Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)column and detected by HPLC.The qualitative analysis was based on retention time and ultraviolet absorbance,while quantitative analysis was performed by the external standard method.The positive samples were confirmed by LC-MS/MS.The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantitation(LOQ)for naphazoline were 1.0μg/g and 3.0μg/g,respectively.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.3-100.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient 0.999.The average recoveries were between 92.1%and 97.2%with RSDs of 1.75%to 3.21%.The method is fast,efficient,accurate,and could be applied for the determination of naphazoline in cosmetics.
