摘要
药事服务是医疗机构的重要环节,保障合理用药、医疗质量以及患者用药安全。药剂科自1963年建院之初成立以来,一直致力于构建多维度药学学科体系,包括智慧药房、药事管理、队伍建设、科研转化等,以显著提升药学服务水平。通过高质量、精细化的管理流程,高效率、信息化的药学工作以及高层次、全方位的药学学科建设,药剂科先后获批浙江省医学重点学科(创新学科)、浙江省“十三五”中医药重点专科和浙江省腺体肿瘤研究与评价中医药重点实验室。在庆祝建院60周年之际,本文全面回顾了60年来药剂科的发展历程,旨在激励全体药事工作者勇攀高峰、不断创新,打造医教研协同发展的一流学科,为提升医疗服务质量、助力健康中国贡献更多力量。
Pharmaceutical services have always been an indispensable aspect of medical institutions,contributing to promoting rational drug use,improving healthcare quality,and guaranteeing medication safety.Since the establishment of the Department of Pharmacy in 1963,all pharmacists have dedicated themselves to constructing a multidimensional discipline of pharmacy,encompassing pharmaceutical services,pharmaceutical management,team building,and scientific research transformation,aiming to significantly enhance the level of pharmaceutical services.Through high-quality and meticulous management processes,efficient and digitized pharmaceutical work,as well as comprehensive and high-level discipline development,the Pharmacy Department has been authorized as Zhejiang Provincial Key Medical Discipline(Innovative Discipline),Zhejiang Provincial Key Specialty in Traditional Chinese Medicine during the 13th Five-Year Plan,and Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory in Traditional Chinese Medicine.On the occasion of celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,this paper comprehensively reviews the development process of the Department of Pharmacy,aiming to inspire all pharmacists to scale new heights,constantly innovate,and create a first-class subject that integrates medicine,education,and research.We strive to contribute more to enhancing the quality of healthcare services and promoting a healthy China.
