摘要
目的探讨房颤射频消融术在心脏搭桥合并心脏瓣膜手术患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取联勤保障部队第900医院仓山院区2019年1月至2020年1月收治的50例心脏搭桥合并心脏瓣膜手术患者,根据同期术中是否采用房颤射频消融术分为观察组和对照组,各25例。观察并比较两组患者疾病改善和出院的时间;术前和术后3个月检查患者心功能[左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVDs)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)];术后3个月内出现的不良事件。结果观察组患者疾病改善时间和住院时间均短于对照组患者;术后3个月,观察组患者的LVDd和LVDs低于对照组患者,LVEF高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论心脏搭桥和心脏瓣膜手术治疗的患者给予房颤射频消融术治疗,可有效促进心脏功能的改善,缩短患者住院周期,加快术后康复的速度,同时未见异常不良反应,具有突出疗效,可推广应用改善患者病情。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation in the treatment of patients with cardiac bypass and valvular surgery.Method From January 2019 to January 2020,50 patients with cardiac bypass and valvular surgery were selected from Cangshan hospital,the 900 th hospital of the joint service support force.According to whether AF radiofrequency ablation was used in the same period of operation,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The heart function[left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVDd),left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVDs),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]were measured before and 3 months after operation fraction;adverse events within 3 months after operation.Result The improvement time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;3 months after the operation,the LVDd and LVDs of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation can effectively promote the improvement of cardiac function,shorten the hospitalization period of patients,accelerate the speed of postoperative rehabilitation,and no abnormal adverse reactions are found.It has outstanding effect and can be widely used to improve the condition of patients.
