冠状动脉旁路移植术序贯和单支吻合研究进展 被引量:1

Latest progress of sequential and individual anastomoses in coronary artery bypass grafting

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)是冠心病的主要治疗方式之一,能有效增加冠状动脉血流量,改善临床症状。序贯吻合和单支吻合是CABG两种不同桥血管吻合方式,早期大部分研究发现序贯桥较单支桥具有更好的远期通畅率。但早期研究多局限国外临床资料,且以体外循环下实施为主。对于非体外循环下CABG和国内实际情况,缺乏有力的说服力。本文根据最新的研究进展,就序贯和单支吻合的应用及两者临床效果之间的比较进行综述。 Coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)is one of the main treatment methods for coronary heart disease,which can effectively increase coronary blood flow and improve clinical symptoms.Sequential and individual anastomoses are two different ways of CABG and most of the early studies found that sequential anastomosis has better long-term patency than individual anastomosis.However,most of these studies were based on clinical data and operations mainly performed under on-pump CABG in other countries and their findings are not very convincing considering operations off-pump CABG and the actual situation in China.According to the latest research progress,this paper reviews the application of sequential and individual anastomoses and compares their clinical effects.
