外泌体微小RNA在骨质疏松症中的研究进展

摘要 骨质疏松症是临床上常见的局部或全身性骨骼疾病,其特征是骨生成减弱和骨吸收增加,导致骨密度(BMD)降低,主要影响绝经后妇女。目前尽管抗骨质疏松药物已经开发出来,但在治疗过程中仍观察到一些副作用。因此,需要更合理的治疗策略。外泌体是体内所有类型细胞分泌的纳米大小的细胞外囊泡(EVs),在细胞间通讯中起着重要作用。外泌体包含许多功能分子[如蛋白质、mRNA、微小RNA(miRNAs)],这些分子可以被转移到受体细胞中,以调节一系列信号通路并影响生理和病理行为。其中miRNA在调节破骨细胞和成骨细胞功能中起着关键作用。在这篇综述中,我们简要总结了外泌体内miRNA调节骨代谢的过程及在骨质疏松症中的治疗潜力。 Osteoporosis is a clinically common local or systemic bone disease characterized by decreased bone formation and increased bone resorption,resulting in decreased bone mineral density(BMD),which mainly affects postmenopausal women.Although anti-osteoporosis drugs have been developed,some side effects are still observed during treatment.Therefore,more rational treatment strategies are needed.Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles(EVs)secreted by all cell types in the body and play an important role in intercellular communication.Exosomes contain many functional molecules,such as proteins,mRNAs,and microRNAs(miRNAs),which can be transferred to recipient cells to regulate a series of signaling pathways and affect physiological and pathological behavior.Among them,miRNA plays a key role in regulating the function of osteoclasts and osteoblasts.In this review,we briefly summarize the process of exosomal miRNA regulating bone metabolism and its therapeutic potential in treating osteoporosis.
