摘要
反思性实践能力是职前教师教育实践能力的重要组成部分,职前教师反思性实践能力的发展日益成为教师教育领域关注的焦点。文章基于职前英语教师反思性实践能力的内涵解读,聚焦教育实习情境中职前英语教师反思性实践能力的发展状态,分析其多层次性发展特征,以提高职前英语教师的反思性实践能力。
Reflective practical ability is a significant component of educational practical ability for preservice teachers,the development of reflective practical ability for preservice teachers has increasingly become the focus in the field of teacher education.Based on the concept interpretation of reflective practical ability for preservice English teachers,this article focuses on the development situation of reflective practical ability for preservice English teachers in the context of educational practice,analyzes the multi-level development characteristics of the reflective practical ability,to enhance the reflective practical ability for preservice English teachers.
