摘要
通过教育实习,生成师范生实践性教学知识和能力,是认识教学复杂性和提升教学能动性的重要内容,也是教师教育改革和发展的核心问题之一。文章采取质性研究方法,探究职前英语教师教育现状,从而了解到在教学实践中要根据时代、国家和社会的需求,通过完善师范生的专业理论性和实践性知识,培养师范生的核心课堂教学能力,建设师范生的线上教育实习平台系统,为英语专业教育实习制订新标准、新要求,对教育实习进行改革和创新。
Through educational practice,generating practical teaching knowledge and ability of Normal University students is an important content to understand the complexity of teaching and improve the initiative of teaching,and is also one of the core issues of teacher education reform and development.This paper adopts a qualitative research method to explore the current situation of pre-service English teacher education,so as to understand that in teaching practice it is necessary to improve the professional theoretical and practical knowledge of Normal University students;to cultivate their core classroom teaching ability,and to build an online education practice platform system for students according to the needs of the Times,the country and the society.It is therefore necessary to establish the new standards for educational practice of English majors and to promote reform and encourage innovation.
