摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,混合式教学得到广泛运用。外语教育和外语教师的发展得到越来越多的关注,混合式教学对外语教师的专业能力、角色定位提出了更高要求。混合式教学背景下,外语教师面临新的挑战,如何结合地方高校特色,提升教师综合能力成为发展外语教育的重要课题。文章从地方高校开展混合式外语教学的必要性入手,分析当前外语教师面临的困境,提出地方高校外语教师综合能力的提升策略。
With the rapid development of information technology,blended teaching has been widely used.Foreign language education and the development of foreign language teachers are getting more and more attention.Blended teaching sets higher requirements for the professional ability and role orientation of foreign language teachers.Under the background of blended teaching,foreign language teachers are facing new challenges.How to combine the characteristics of local colleges and universities and improve the comprehensive ability of teachers has become an important subject in the development of foreign language education.Starting with the necessity of carrying out blended teaching in local universities,this paper analyzes the current difficulties faced by the teachers and puts forward some strategies to improve the comprehensive ability of foreign language teachers in local colleges and universities.
