摘要
长期以来,英语教师对英语词汇教学重视程度不够,但英语词汇教学范围广、内容多,且词汇量很大程度上决定了学生的英语水平,所以教师应重视英语词汇教学。文章从读音、词性、词义三方面来探讨词汇,希望能为英语教师进行词汇教学带来启示。
For a long time,English teachers don’t pay much attention to the teaching of English vocabulary. However,English vocabulary teaching has a wide range and rich contents,and students’ vocabulary determines their English level to a certain extent. Therefore,teachers should attach a great importance to English vocabulary teaching. This paper discusses the English vocabulary from three aspects of pronunciation,part of speech and meaning,which the author hopes to bring enlightenment to teachers’ English vocabulary teaching.
