摘要
地铁盾构法施工在粉砂地层中接收时,经常出现如洞门探孔渗漏水、加固体芯样不连续和强度不合格等加固质量缺陷问题。依托苏州轨道交通6号线某标段,研究盾构在粉砂地层中接收过程中加固体出现的质量缺陷,经降水试验、加固取芯、洞门探孔取芯分析加固缺陷具体位置,通过增加降水井并联合水平注浆的方法,确保盾构顺利接收,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
When the shield is received in the silty-fine sand stratum,some quality defects often occur,such as water leakage from exploratory holes at the tunnel portal,discontinuity of core samples of reinforced soils and disqualification of reinforcement strength.Based on a tunnel section of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 6,this paper studies the quality defects of soil reinforcement during shield receiving in the silty-fine sand stratum.Through dewatering test,coring from reinforced soils and coring from the exploratory holes at the tunnel portal,the specific defect positions are analyzed.By additional installation of dewatering wells and combined implementation of horizontal grouting,the shield can be successfully received,which can provide reference for similar projects.
