摘要
为解决轨道交通与城市开发建设一体化项目遇到的各类问题,创新地研究了从规划层面入手,通过相关设计方法实现站城一体化的路径。基于功能定位分析“站”与“城”的衔接关系,在规划衔接的基础上,合理利用富余空间创造多层次的节点空间。通过节点空间引导功能流线,打破轨道交通空间与城市开发空间的物理界限手段,实现真正意义上的一体化融合设计,形成了从宏观、中观到微观的多层次多要素的设计方法指引。
To solve the various problems encountered in the integration project of rail transit and urban development and construction,innovative research on the path to realizing the integration of station and city through the design method starting from Urban planning.Analyze the connection between“station”and“city”based on practical orientation,and make reasonable use of surplus space to create multi-level node space based on planning connection.In the true sense,the integrated design is realized through node space guiding the functional flow line,breaking the physical boundary between the rail transit space and the urban development space,and forming a multi-level and multi-element design method guide from macro-,meso-to micro-levels.
