超大直径盾构隧道内大口径给水管爆管分析与研究

摘要 为保障大直径盾构隧道内设大口径给水管道工程的施工与运营安全,通过案例分析了给水管爆管事故发生原因,并以珠海超大直径盾构隧道内设大口径给水管为工程背景,分析了爆管对盾构隧道内部结构的影响。结果表明,老化腐蚀、不均匀沉降和温度应力等引起的轴向应力、气囊诱发水击、施工安装不当等是诱发钢管管道爆管的重要因素;爆管时瞬间冲击力对结构产生较大的影响。该工程建设过程中采取了针对性措施,最大限度减小爆管事故发生的可能,经重点加强后,冲击力对盾构隧道内部结构的受力影响总体可控。 In order to ensure the construction and operation safety of large-diameter water supply pipeline in large-diameter shield tunnel,the causes of burst in water supply pipe are analyzed through cases,and the influence of pipe burst on the internal structure of shield tunnel is analyzed based on the engineering background of large-diameter water supply pipe in Zhuhai large-diameter shield tunnel.The results show that axial stress caused by aging corrosion,uneven settlement and temperature stress,water shock induced by airbag,improper construction and installation are the important factors to induce pipe burst.The instant impact force has great influence on the structure when the pipe bursts.During the construction of the project,targeted measures are taken to minimize the possibility of pipe burst accident.After the key parts are strengthened,the affect of impact force on the internal structure of the shield tunnel is generally controllable.
