铁路隧道仰拱衬砌施工技术研究综述 被引量:9

摘要 基于相关规范对铁路隧道施工仰拱与掌子面的距离要求、二次衬砌与掌子面的距离要求、初期支护封闭成环与掌子面的距离要求、仰拱混凝土浇筑要求以及铁路隧道仰拱施工机械化程度低、施工速度慢,难以满足仰拱快速施工要求等现状可知,仰拱施工已成为制约铁路隧道施工进度的关键工序;同时,先施工仰拱再施工边顶拱衬砌留下的施工缝是隧道运营时出现隧底病害的重要隐患。通过研究分析国内外铁路隧道仰拱施工方法和设备、衬砌施工方法和设备、隧道施工联合作业模式等,文章提出铁路隧道施工应推广开挖、仰拱、边顶拱衬砌联合作业模式,并采用长仰拱栈桥施工技术与设备;优化衬砌结构,革新仰拱与衬砌施工工艺,推行开挖与全环衬砌联合作业模式。 In the standards for invert construction of railway tunnel,the distance between invert and face,the distance between closed primary support and face,and the requirements for pouring invert concrete are strictly regulated.Meanwhile,the mechanization degree is low and the construction speed is slow in terms of invert and lining construction using existing technology.So,in the progress of tunnel construction,the key and controlling factor is invert construction.Besides,the construction joint because of separate pouring of invert and lining is an important hidden danger for tunnel bottom diseases.In this paper,the common construction methods and machinery of railway tunnel invert and lining were researched.Two suggestions were put forward:1)the combined operation method of excavation,invert and lining construction should be popularized and applied with using the long trestle invert construction technology and relevant equipment,based on innovating the structure and construction technology of invert and lining,the combined operation method of excavation and full-round lining construction should be popularized and applied.
