天然气净化装置尾气二氧化硫控制分析与应用进展

Analysis and application progress on controlling sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas at natural gas purification plant

摘要 以尾气二氧化硫(SO_(2))排放标准及SO_(2)产生来源为基础,以硫磺回收单元及尾气处理单元为研究对象,分别从参数优化和技术改造两方面分析尾气SO_(2)控制研究现状。以川东北某气田为例分析尾气SO_(2)控制应用情况,结果表明,提高硫回收率是降低尾气SO_(2)的关键。控制好硫磺回收装置的配风比、做好尾气吸收等工艺调控,有利于控制尾气SO_(2)含量;液流池废气改造项目已在行业内推广使用,可控制尾气SO_(2)含量在400 mg/m^(3)以内。 Based on sulfur dioxide emission standards and sulfur dioxide generation sources,both sulfur recovery unit and exhaust gas treatment unit are taken as research objects to analyze the research status of sulfur dioxide control from two aspects of parameter optimization and technical renovation.A gas field in Sichuan province,China is taken as an example to analyze the application of sulfur dioxide control.The results show that improving sulfur recovery rate is the key to reduce sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas.Sulfur dioxide content in exhaust gas can be controlled through controlling well the air distribution ratio for sulfur recovery unit,and performing well exhaust gas absorption and other process control.The liquid flow pool exhaust gas reconstruction project has been promoted and used in the industry,by which sulfur dioxide content in exhaust gas can be controlled within 400 mg·m^(-3).
