摘要
以腐植酸(HA)和Al_(2)(SO_(4))3为原料,经高温固相反应合成了铝掺杂碳材料(CAH),研究了CAH对刚果红(CR)的吸附性能。最佳制备条件为保温温度400℃、m(HA)∶m[Al_(2)(SO_(4))3]=2∶3、保温时间3 h、升温速率15℃/min,吸附量最高可达4 g/g。采用SEM和FT-IR对HA和CAH的微观形态和结构进行了表征分析。通过吸附热力学和吸附动力学分析,CAH吸附CR的过程符合Langmuir吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,主要吸附方式属于单分子层化学吸附。
Aluminum doped carbon material(CAH)is synthesized from humic acid(HA)and aluminum sulfate(Al_(2)(SO_(4))3)by high temperature solid state reaction.The adsorption properties of CAH to Congo red(CR)are studied.The optimum preparation conditions are determined as follows:reaction temperature is at 400℃,m(HA)∶m(Al_(2)(SO_(4))3)=2∶3,holding time is 3 h,and heating rate is 15℃·min^(-1).The maximum adsorption capacity of CAH prepared under the optimal conditions can reach 4000 mg·g^(-1)to Congo red.The micro morphology and structure of HA and CAH are characterized by SEM and FT-IR.Through the analysis of adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics,the process for CAH adsorbing CR conforms to Langmuir adsorption model and quasi second-order kinetic model,and main adsorption mode belongs to monolayer chemical adsorption.
