铝盐化学除磷对城市污水SBR工艺除磷性能的影响 被引量:6

Impact of removing phosphorus with aluminum salt on SBR process’s phosphorus removal performance for municipal wastewater

摘要 研究了以PAC进行辅助化学除磷的过程中铝盐对生物除磷与硝化过程产生的影响,分别进行了小型SBR反应器的测试与实际污水处理厂环境中的磷去除实验效果分析。研究结果表明,在实验初期加入化学药剂之后溶液中P浓度显著减小,加入化学药剂还会对厌氧释磷过程产生显著影响,实际影响程度随PAC的加入量增大而上升。随着PAC的加入量从0增大到60 mg/L,NH3-N去除率从94.02%减小到50.24%。对污泥实施驯化处理后,可以使PAC耐受能力由20 mg/L增大为120mg/L,加入PAC会抑制硝化作用,而对其实施驯化之后可以缓解抑制作用。加入PAC之后检测出水的COD、TP、SS可以发现三者均减小,PAC加入后会抑制硝化细菌的正常功能。 The impacts of aluminum salts on biological-route phosphorus removal and nitrification section in PAC assisted chemical phosphorus removal process are studied.The phosphorus removal effects are tested in a small SBR reactor and analyzed for a practical wastewater treatment plant.In the initial experimental stage,the concentration of phosphorus in the solution decreases significantly after addition of chemical agent,and the anaerobic phosphorus release process is also impacted greatly.The actual impact increases with the increasing adding amount of PAC.The removal rate of ammoniacal nitrogen declines from 94.02%to 50.24%when the adding amount of PAC increases from 0 to 60 mg·L-1.After the sludge has been acclimated,the PAC tolerance of the process can rise from 20 mg·L-1 to 120 mg·L-1.The addition of PAC can inhibit the nitrification,while the acclimation can alleviate such inhibition.After the addition of PAC,the contents of COD,TP and SS in water all decrease.Furthermore,the addition of PAC will inhibit the normal function of nitrifying bacteria.
