摘要
天然气发动机热负荷较高,其零部件在机械应力、热应力及交变应力复合作用下失效风险较大,如缸盖的热疲劳、缸垫的密封失效、缸体缸套开裂等。通过标定缸盖排气门之间鼻梁区和进气门之间鼻梁区温度确定冷热工况循环时间,对某天然气发动机进行5000次的冷热冲击循环试验,试验期间发动机未出现明显故障,发动机功率、扭矩、天然气消耗量、排气温度和漏气量等参数基本无变化;试验前后发动机动力性、经济性参数变化较小,发动机通过了此次冷热冲击试验。
The natural gas engine has high thermal load,including suffering great mechanical,thermal and alternating stresses.These high stresses tend to lead to high failure risk.For instance,the cylinder head reach its thermal fatigue strength,damage the sealing ability of the cylinder cushion as well as deteriorate the resisting ability of the cylinder liner to the heat-expansion and cold-contraction.A thermal shock test of 5000 cycles was carried out on a nature gas engine.The cycle time was determined by calibrating thermocouple temperature on the bridge zones of cylinder head.During the test,the nature gas engine did not show any obvious failure and there were almost no changes in the parameters for the engine power,torque,gas consumption,exhaust temperature and air leakage.Besides,there were no noticeable changes in the dynamic and economic parameters before and after the test.It is concluded that the reliability of engine meets the design requirements.
