摘要
旋转编码位移测量技术具有测量精度高、装置成本低廉、操作方便等特点,可用于电梯各部件运动状态参数的快速测量。本文介绍了旋转编码位移测量技术原理及速度、加速度计算方法。总结了该技术在电梯运行速度、制动距离、制动减速度、钢丝绳—曳引轮相对滑移距离、扶梯梯级—扶手带同步率等参数测量及平衡系数计算、限速器校验等检验过程中的使用方法。分析了该技术在电梯检验过程中测量误差产生的原因。
With characteristics of high precision,low cost and easy operation,the rotational coding measurement method can be used for quickly measuring motion state parameters of the elevator components.The principle of rotation coding displacement measurement and the calculation methods for velocity and acceleration were introduced.Measuring methods with such technology for parameters of elevator velocity,braking distance,braking deceleration,relative slip distance between wire rope and traction wheel,synchronization rate of escalator and step handrail were summarized,as well as application methods in balance coefficient calculation,speed governor calibration and other inspection process.Finally,the reasons causing measurement error during elevator detection processes were analyzed.
