储罐超声导波检测技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 超声导波作为一种能够实现长距离、大范围在线检测的无损检测技术,在大型储罐健康状态监测中有着良好的应用前景。本文从分析储罐的常见失效模式出发,基于超声导波的检测原理,对储罐超声导波检测中导波模态选取、传感器类型、导波信号处理方法等关键技术问题的研究进展及相关检测仪器开发与应用进行了探讨,并对基于物联网的储罐超声导波智能检测方法作了展望。 As a non-destructive testing technology that can realize long-distance and large-scale online detection,ultrasonic guided waves have a good application prospect in the health status monitoring of large storage tanks.In this paper,the common failure modes of storage tanks were analyzed firstly.Then the research progress of key technical issues such as guided wave mode selection,sensor type,and signal processing methods in ultrasonic guided wave detection of storage tanks were analyzed based on the principle of ultrasonic guided wave detection.The development and application of related testing instruments was also discussed.Finally,a new concept of intelligent detection method of ultrasonic guided waves based on the Internet of Things is discussed.
