摘要
采用电子束选区熔化(EBM)技术制备了Ti-6Al-4V合金试样,研究了不同热处理工艺对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,将EBM制备的钛合金试样在800~950℃下退火40min后,试样主要由α相和少量β相组成;退火温度的变化对β相体积分数影响不大。随着退火温度升高,试样中的α片层明显变粗,导致EBM试样的强度降低,延展性增加。另外,残余应力减小,材料塑性提高,从而导致断裂韧度以及疲劳性能增强。对于EBM法制备的Ti-6Al-4V合金,可以通过热处理工艺改善其力学性能,达到强度与塑性的平衡。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4Valloy fabricated by electron beam melting were investigated.The results indicate that the EBM Ti-6Al-4Valloy mainly consists ofαphase and small amount ofβphase after heat treatment at 800~950℃for 40min.The volume fraction ofβphase is hardly affected by the annealing temperature.Theαlamella is coarsened with the increase of heat treatment temperature,resulting in the decrease of strength and increase of plasticity of EBM Ti-6Al-4Valloy.The residual stress is reduced and the plasticity of the material is improved,leading to the enhanced fracture toughness and fatigue properties.Mechanical properties of EBM Ti-6Al-4Valloy can be improved by heat treatment to achieve a balance between strength and plasticity.
