摘要
研究了激光冲击强化Ti-22Al-27Nb合金的相变行为,分析了激光冲击强化工艺参数对其组织相变的影响。结果表明,随着激光冲击能量、光斑搭接率、激光冲击次数的增加,B2相向O相转变增加,表层显微硬度及其影响层深度也随之增加;激光冲击次数对O相的转变影响更为显著,当激光冲击次数由3次增加到7次时,近表层O相含量相比基体由21.63%增加到25.66%;激光冲击诱导了显著的塑性变形,引入了位错缺陷,导致绝热温度升高,促进了B2相向O相转变。
The phase transition of Ti-22 Al-27 Nb alloy induced by laser shock peening(LSP) was investigated, and the influence law of LSP parameters on the microstructure transformation was analyzed. The results indicate that the transition from B2 phase to O phase is increased with the increase of laser energy, laser overlapping ratio and impact times, and the surface microhardness as well as the depth of affected layer are also increased.The impact times have great effects on the transformation of O phase. When the impact times is increased from 3 to 7, the content of O phase near the surface is increased from 21.63% to 25.66% compared with the matrix. The LSP induces significant plastic deformation and introduces dislocation defects, leading to an increase in adiabatic temperature, which promotes the transition from B2 to O phase.
