Anti-poisoning and Long-acting Grain Refining Behavior of Al-TCB Seed Alloy on A356 Alloy

摘要 利用一种新型Al-Ti-C-B(Al-TCB)晶种合金对A356铝合金进行细化,并研究了该晶种合金细化A356合金时的抗Si致"中毒"行为。结果表明,Al-TCB晶种合金对A356合金细化效果远优于Al-5Ti-1B细化剂。向A356合金中添加0.3%的Al-TCB晶种合金,在730℃保温15~480 min,细化效果稳定、无衰退,保温时间为60 min时细化效果最佳,A356合金的平均晶粒尺寸为(135.3±3.5)μm。以上结果表明,Al-TCB晶种合金具有优异的抗Si致细化"中毒"的能力,从而对A356合金具有高效、长效、稳定的细化效果。 A new kind of Al-TCB seed alloy was adopted to refine A356 aluminum alloy,and the anti-poisoning refining behavior of Al-TCB seed alloy on A356 alloy was further investigated.The results indicate that the Al-TCB seed alloy has far better refining effect on the A356 alloy than the Al-5 Ti-1 B refiner.When A356 alloy with addition of 0.3%Al-TCB seed alloy is held from 15 min to 480 min at 730℃,the refining effect is stable without failure basically.When the holding time is 60 min,the refining effect is optimal,where the average grain size reaches(135.3±3.5)μm.The above results demonstrate that the Al-TCB seed alloy has excellent anti-poisoning ability and has an efficient,long-lasting and stable refining effect on A356 alloy.
