摘要
目的建立医疗机构制剂顺气通腑合剂中芦荟大黄素含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定顺气通腑合剂中芦荟大黄素含量,色谱柱为GRACE C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸(A)-甲醇(B)(30:70),柱温为35℃,流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm,分别测定线性、精密度、稳定性、重复性和回收率。结果芦荟大黄素在8.37μg/ml^39.8μg/ml峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.67%,RSD<4.9%。结论本方法具有简单、专属性强、重复性好等优点,可作为顺气通腑合剂中芦荟大黄素含量测定的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of aloe-emodin in Shunqi Tongfu Mixture.Methods The content of aloe-emodin in Shunqi Tongyu mixture was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The chromatographic column was GRACE C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid(A)-methanol(B)(30:70),the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results Aloe-emodin showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9996)in the peak area of 8.37μg/ml to 39.8μg/ml.The average recovery was 98.67%,and the RSD was 4.9%.Conclusion This method has the advantages of simpleness,strong specificity and good repeatability.It can be used as a method for the determination of aloe-emodin in Shunqi Tongfu Mixture.
