摘要
研究了实验气体、炭黑粒径、丁基橡胶卤化基团以及硫化体系对丁基橡胶气密性的影响。结果表明,在相同试验条件下,丁基橡胶的空气透气系数最大,其氧气透气系数和氮气透气系数基本相同;随着炭黑粒径的增大,丁基橡胶的透气系数增大;溴化丁基橡胶的气密性优于氯化丁基橡胶或丁基橡胶,硫化体系对丁基橡胶气密性的影响不显著。
Effects of test gases,size of carbon black,halogenated group of butyl rubber and cure systems on impermeability of IIR werw researched.The results showed that the air permeability coefficient of IIR was maximum under the same test conditions,the oxygen permeability coefficient was the same as the nitrogen permeability coefficient.The permeability coefficient of IIR increased with the increase of size of carbon black.The impermeability of BIIR was better than that of both CIIR and IIR.The cure system had little effect on the impermeability of IIR.
