摘要
组织行为学的研究对象就是组织以及组织内人的行为,并可以作为分析评判交互行为、改进完善组织运行的依据和规范。而作为一种典型的独任检察官办案组织,可以从组织行为学的角度进行剖解和审视,并依据其规律进行设计和完善。通过对独任检察官办案组织内人的行为及其规律性的分析,分析组织内的各种心理与行为,直面组织内存在的权力清单分界不明、员额检察官压力较大、办案系统内工作计量不科学、聘用制书记员等人员稳定性相对较差等困境,提出增强组织领导力,提高组织各类别人员的职业预期满意度,加大制度建设及组织文化建设等举措,以不断提高组织工作绩效。
The research object of organizational behavior is the behavior of the organization and the people inside the organization,which can be used as the basis and norm for analyzing and judging the interaction behavior and improving the operation of the organization.As a typical organization,the single prosecutor handling organization can be dissected and examined from the perspective of organizational behavior,and can be designed and improved according to its rules.Through the analysis of the behavior and regularity of the single prosecutor handling organization,the author analyzes the various psychology and behaviors in the organization,and faces the difficulties of unclear division of the list of powers,high pressure on the post prosecutor,unscientific work measurement in the system of handling cases,relatively poor stability of the employed clerks.In order to improve the performance of the organization,the author puts forward some measures,such as strengthening the leadership of the organization,improving the occupational expectation satisfaction of all kinds of personnel,strengthening the system construction and organizational culture construction.
