摘要
为满足光伏组件自动生产线的需要,基于太阳电池电致发光(EL)原理,设计了一种检测光伏组件缺陷的EL检测单元。该检测单元通过测试软件驱动机器视觉系统采集数据,生成光伏组件EL图像,以辅助人工完成光伏组件的缺陷检测,降低了人工疲劳及其他人为因素对检测结果的影响。
This paper introduced a detection unit of PV module defects based on the principle of electroluminescence(EL),in order to meet the increasing development of automatic production line of PV modules.It can collect the EL image of the PV module by driving the machine vision system through the test software,reducing the influence on creating module’s defects by human activity,resulting in a lower labor intensity and low artificial fatigue.
