摘要
分析了不同规格焊丝对多主栅光伏组件性能的影响,并对比了多主栅光伏组件与常规5主栅光伏组件的电学性能差异,最后对多主栅光伏组件的弱光性能进行了实验分析。结果发现,当采用直径为0.40 mm的圆形焊丝时,多主栅光伏组件的性能更佳;同时,多主栅技术可显著提升组件的短路电流和填充因子;相比常规5主栅光伏组件,多主栅光伏组件的功率约提升了2.5%;背钝化多主栅单晶硅光伏组件具有相对较好的弱光响应。
The influence of the welding wires with deference diameters on the performance of multi-busbar PV modules was studied.A compare of the different electrical performance between conventional 5-busbar and multibusbar PV modules was discussed.The results show that multi-busbar modules using the welding wire with a diameter of 0.40 mm has the best performance with improved Isc and FF.The power conversion efficiency of multi-busbar PV modules has an increase of 2.5%compared with 5-busbar PV modules.Moreover,the multibusbar PV modules has excellent performance under low illumination conditions.
