摘要
目的研究综合护理干预在血液透析治疗急性高脂性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月-2021年2月在我院进行血液透析治疗的80例急性高脂性胰腺炎患者,根据入院随机编号将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组行常规护理干预,研究组行综合护理干预。观察两组患者护理前后心理状态、依从性及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者SCL-90各条目评分及总评分均有下降,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者治疗依从性均有提升,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者SF-36总评分均有提升,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性高脂性胰腺炎患者行血液透析治疗中行综合护理干预效果较好,可以有效地改善患者的心理状况,提升其治疗依从性,从而提高生活质量。
Objective:To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with acute hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute hyperlipidemia pancreatitis undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,compliance and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results:After nursing,the scores of each item and the total score of SCL-90 in the two groups decreased,and the research group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the treatment compliance of the two groups improved,and the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the total scores of SF-36 in both groups were improved,and the research group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with acute hyperlipidic pancreatitis is effective,which can effectively improve the psychological status of patients,increase the treatment compliance,and improve the quality of life.
