血液透析联合血液灌流对慢性肾功能衰竭患者体内微炎症状态和肾功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion on Micro-inflammatory State and Renal Function in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

摘要 目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者体内微炎症状态和肾功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2021年8月我院收治的82例CRF患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为联合组和透析组,每组各41例;透析组予以血液透析治疗,联合组予以血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、肾功能、炎症反应以及并发症发生情况。结果联合组总有效率(95.12%)高于透析组(78.05%)(P<0.05);联合组BUN、Scr、β2-MG水平低于透析组(P<0.05);联合组CRP、WBC水平低于透析组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率(7.32%)低于透析组(24.39%)(P<0.05)。结论对于CRF患者,应用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗可以降低炎症反应,促进其肾功能恢复,提高临床疗效,从而减少并发症的发生。 Objective:To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on the micro-inflammatory state and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:A total of 82 CRF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2021 were selected,and were divided into the dialysis group and the combination group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The dialysis group was treated with hemodialysis,and the combination group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,The clinical efficacy,renal function,inflammatory response and the occurrence of complications in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate(95.12%)in the combined group was higher than that in the dialysis group(78.05%)(P<0.05);the levels of BUN,Scr andβ2-MG in the combined group were lower than those in the dialysis group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,WBC in the combined group were lower than those in the dialysis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For CRF patients,the application of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion therapy can reduce the inflammatory response,promote the recovery of renal function,and improve the clinical efficacy,thus reducing complications.
