摘要
目的探讨高通量血液透析(HFHD)对终末期糖尿病肾病(ESDN)患者毒素清除效果及氧化应激的影响。方法收集2018年10月-2019年10月我院收治的200例ESDN患者临床资料,将采用普通血液透析(HD)治疗的98例患者研究资料纳入对照组,将采用HFHD治疗的102例患者研究资料纳入观察组,治疗6个月后,比较两组毒素清除效果〔视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血肌酐(SCr)、氧化应激水平〔谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)〕。结果治疗后,两组RBP、PTH及SCr水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,较治疗前相比,观察组GSH-Px、SOD水平升高,且高于对照组,MDA水平降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ESDN患者应用HFHD治疗,能够有效清除其血液中毒素,改善氧化应激水平。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD)on toxin clearance and oxidative stress in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy(ESDN).Methods The clinical data of 200 ESDN patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were collected.The study data of 98 patients treated with general hemodialysis(HD)were included in the control group,and 102 patients treated with HFHD were included The study data were included in the observation group.After 6 months of treatment,the toxin clearance effects〔retinol binding protein(RBP),parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood creatinine(SCr)〕and the level of oxidative stress were compared.Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)〕.Results After treatment,the RBP,PTH and SCr levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with before treatment,the observation group GSH-Px and SOD levels increased and were higher than the control group,MDA levels decreased and lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ESDN patients treated with HFHD can effectively remove toxins from their blood and improve the level of oxidative stress.
