摘要
目的了解我院采样和检验环节影响透析液及透析用水内毒素结果的常见原因及应对措施。方法每月对透析液及透析用水内毒素进行检测,对超标样本及时安排专人进行复测,排除采样和检验环节造成的影响。结果2020年1-8月份共对我院透析液及透析用水内毒素检测采样102份,其中透析液70份,超标样本4份;透析用水32份,超标样本5份;超标样本通过复测后结果均合格。结论透析液、透析用水内毒素检测时,采样和检验操作环节容易出现污染,除应严格执行采样口的消毒和无菌操作外,还应特别关注人员因素、材料物品、采样时机、采样口的位置、采集的样本量等环节对样本结果的影响。
Objective This paper aims to understand the common causes and countermeasures affected the endotoxin results of dialysate and dialysis water during sampling and inspection in our hospital.Methods The endotoxins of the dialysate and dialysis water were tested every month,and the over-standard samples were arranged for retests in time to eliminate the impact of sampling and testing.Results From January to August 2020,a total of 102 dialysate and dialysis water samples were collected for endotoxin testing,including 70 dialysate and 4 samples exceeding the standard;32 samples of dialysis water and 5 samples exceeding the standard;after the samples passed the retest.The results are all qualified.Conclusion During the endotoxin testing of dialysate and dialysis water,the sampling and inspection operations are prone to contamination.In addition to the strict implementation of the disinfection and aseptic operation of the sampling port,special attention should be paid to personnel factors,materials and items,sampling timing,and location of the sampling port,and the impact of the acquisition sample size and other aspects of the sample results.
