摘要
目的分析血液透析室风险管理对改善血透患者护理满意度的效果。方法将83例血液透析患者分为观察组(n=43,血透室风险管理)和对照组(n=40,常规管理)。对两组风险事件发生率和护理满意度进行比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组风险事件总发生率下降,护理总满意度上升(P<0.05)。结论血透室风险管理用于血液透析患者,可降低风险事件发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the effect of risk management in hemodialysis room on improving the nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.Methods 83 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=43,hemodialysis room risk management)and control group(n=40,routine management).The incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of risk events decreased and the total satisfaction of nursing increased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management in hemodialysis room can reduce the incidence of risk events and improve the nursing satisfaction.
