摘要
目的探讨分阶段护理干预对人工髋关节置换患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月-2015年12月收治的60例人工髋关节置换患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,分为观察组(分阶段护理,n=30)和对照组(常规护理,n=30)。对比两组HSS评分、并发症。结果与对照组比较,观察组疼痛、功能、畸形、活动度评分呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组并发症总发生率呈下降趋势(10.00%<33.33%,P<0.05)。结论分阶段护理干预人工髋关节置换患者可促进肢体功能康复。
Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of nursing intervention by stages on limb function rehabilitation of patients undergoing artificial hip replacement.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of artificial hip replacement patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,which were divided into observation group(staged nursing,n=30)and control group(routine nursing,n=30).HSS scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of pain,function,deformity and mobility in the observation group increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group showed a downward trend(10.00%<33.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Staged nursing intervention for patients undergoing artificial hip replacement can promote limb function rehabilitation.
