摘要
采用传统的加工方法不能满足核能用构件石墨(炭)块的精度及清洁度的要求,特别是加工粉尘的污染也不能满足现代的加工对环保要求,对人体、工件、机床与工作环境产生较大的危害。根据石墨(炭)块的加工特点和加工设备的最新发展,提出了加工核用构件石墨(炭)块所具备的环境要求,解决了石墨(炭)块全自动加工过程中机床防护、尘屑收集与处理等问题,使石墨(炭)块的加工满足现代加工对人体、环境使用的要求。
The requirements for the accuracy and cleanliness are not satisfied by the traditional processing of the graphite(carbon)block for the nuclear reactor internals, specially the environment pollution caused by the processing dust is harmful to the human body, samples, machine tools and work environment. According to the process characteristics on the graphite(carbon) block and the newest development of processing tools, the article presents the environment requirements for the processing of graphite(carbon)block and solutions for the machine protection and dust collection.
