摘要
在调研国内外图书馆联盟绩效评估理论与实践的基础上,融合系统论、利益相关者管理理论、成本效益理论和资源配置效益理论并将其作为区域性图书馆联盟绩效评估的理论基础,构建区域性图书馆联盟绩效评估体系。同时,对区域性图书馆联盟绩效评估的实施流程及应特别注意的重要问题进行探讨,并提出相关建议。
Based on the investigation of the theory and practice of library alliance performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper constructs the performance evaluation system of regional library alliance by integrating system theory,stakeholder management theory,cost-benefit theory and resource allocation benefit theory.At the same time,this paper discusses the implementation process of the performance evaluation of regional library alliance and some important problems that should be paid special attention to,and puts forward some suggestions.
