大同矿区切顶卸压沿空留巷技术应用

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源的回收率,有效降低巷道周期性压力,减少巷道掘进工程量,通过采用无煤柱沿空留巷技术,利用顶板预裂爆破、挡矸支护、补强支护等手段自动成巷,不仅达到缓解工作面接续紧张,减缓或避免老顶破断引起的周期性压力的目的,同时临空煤岩柱压力小和围岩完整性好,减弱了采空区瓦斯的威胁,降低了防灭火的难度,社会经济效益显著。 In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,effectively reduce the periodic pressure of roadway and the amount of roadway excavation,the roadway is automatically formed by using the technology of the gobside entry retaining without coal pillar,and using roof presplitting blasting,gangue retaining support,reinforcement support and other measures,which alleviates the continuous tension of the working face,reduces or avoids the periodic pressure caused by the breaking of the main roof.At the same time,it reduces the pressure of coal and rock pillar near the goaf and improves the integrity of surrounding rock,slows down the threat of gas in the goaf and reduces the difficulty of fire prevention and extinguishing,the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
