摘要
螺旋输送机是土压平衡盾构隧道掘进机的重要组成部分,具有排土、保压调压、稳定开挖面和控制地表沉降和隆起的功能。盾构模型螺旋输送机是研究渣土力学特性一种重要途径,模型机结构虽简单,但是设计较为复杂。通过几何结构分析,推导出了螺旋叶片的设计方法;结合螺旋输送机驱动扭矩计算公式,得到了减速电机的选型依据;由螺旋输送机体积输送率公式,设计了试验用渣土箱尺寸。基于盾构模型螺旋输送机设计理论,加工了室内试验样机。改性渣土的力学特性试验,验证了设计方法的正确性和有效性,为模型螺旋输送机的优化设计提供理论依据。
The screw conveyor is an important part of the earth pressure balanced shield tunneling machine.It has the functions of dumping soil,maintaining pressure and regulating pressure,stabilizing the excavation surface and controlling the surface settlement and uplift.Shield model screw conveyor is an important tool to study the mechanical characteristics of conditioned soil.Although the structure of the model machine is simple,the design is more complicated.By the analysis of the geometric structure,the design method of the spiral blade was deduced;according to the screw conveyor torque calculation formula,the basis for the selection of the gear motor was obtained;from the volume conveyor rate formula of the screw conveyor,the design size of test muck box was obtained.Based on the design theory of the shield model screw conveyor,an indoor test prototype was processed.The mechanical property test of conditioned muck confirmed the effectiveness of the design method,and provided a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the model screw conveyor.
