摘要
在中国国家铁路集团有限公司EPC工程总承包管理试点项目盐通高铁的3座站房工程建设中,践行"畅通融合、绿色温馨、经济艺术、智能便捷"铁路客站新理念,从筑造站城融合新地标、树立艺术人文新形象、营造绿色温馨新空间、创造智能便捷新体验等4个方面进行创新实践。通过"从广场看景观、从站台看景观、从列车进站看景观"3个维度的优化设计,建立融合市政、铁路、景观、文化的生态空间,形成别具特色的"一站一景"。基于铁路客站新理念的创新成果,总结提出:组建专门团队,聚焦目标发力;实行专家治理,借智优化提升;整合各方资源,形成建设合力等经验,为类似项目提供参考。
In the construction of three passenger stations of Yancheng-Nantong High Speed Railway,which serves as a pilot EPC project of China State Railway Group Co Ltd,the new concept of railway passenger station was implemented,namely"well-connected,fully-integrated,environment-friendly,passenger-oriented,economic-efficient,culturally-rich,intelligent and convenient",which means that the innovative practice was carried out from such four aspects as building a new landmark of station-city integration,establishing a new image of arts and humanities,constructing a new green and comfortable space and creating a new experience of intelligence and convenience.Through the optimization design of three dimensions,namely"enjoying landscape from the square,platforms and incoming trains",an ecological space integrating municipal administration,railway transport,landscape and culture was established,forming"one station with unique landscape".Based on the innovation achievements of the new concept of the railway passenger station,this paper summarizes and proposes the experience of setting up a special team concentrating on the goal,implementing expert governance for optimization and upgrading by wisdom,and integrating various resources to form joint efforts in construction,so as to provide a reference for similar projects.
