跨座式单轨轨道梁支座设计研究

摘要 为研究跨座式单轨轨道梁支座的设计要点及优化方向,通过分析轨道梁支座的受力特点及功能性要求,结合芜湖单轨PC轨道梁和钢-混结合轨道梁支座的设计创新成果,分别对铸钢拉力支座和新型球型支座的设计方案、安装工艺、经济指标及关键技术进行了介绍。因球型支座不具备直接应用于跨座式单轨轨道梁的条件,通过对其进行创新设计,使其成功应用于简支钢-混结合轨道梁。研究表明:新型球型支座具有传力途径明确、结构尺寸小、构造简单、便于生产和质量控制、安装方便、定位精度高等优点,适用于带横向平联的钢-混结合轨道梁;传统铸钢拉力支座虽具有功能性强、传力途径明确、安全可靠等优点,但也具有构造复杂、接触应力集中等缺陷。研究结果表明,简化支座构造、改善传力方式和降低造价是未来轨道梁支座的发展方向。 In order to study key points and optimization direction of straddle monorail track beam supports,by analyzing the stress characteristics and functional requirements of track beam supports,combined with the design innovation achievements of Wuhu monorail PC track beam and steel-concrete combined track beam supports,the design scheme,installation process,economic index and key technology of cast steel tension supports and new spherical supports were introduced respectively.Because the conventional spherical bearings had no conditions to be applied to the straddle monorail track beam,this paper successfully applied it to the simply supported steel-concrete composite track beam by innovative design.The research shows that,the new spherical bearing has advantages including clear force transmission path,small structural size,simple structure,convenient production and quality control,convenient installation and high positioning accuracy.It is suitable for steel-concrete combined track beam with transverse horizontal connection;Although the traditional cast steel tension bearing has the advantages of strong functionality,clear force transmission path,safety and reliability,it also has the defects of complex structure and concentrated contact stress.The research shows that,simplifying the support structure,improving the force transmission mode and reducing the cost are the development direction of track beam support in the future.
