摘要
某高速铁路玉京山隧道施工中,开挖揭示一处巨型复杂溶洞,溶腔体积达108万m^(3),溶洞侧下方发育有一条暗河,地质、水文条件复杂,施工难度大,安全风险高。为确保隧道建设及运营安全,综合考虑溶洞及暗河发育特征,对暗河溶洞系统的整体稳定性进行评价分析,提出“暗河改道+溶洞满填+穹顶支护+回填体暗挖及衬砌结构防护+连续梁跨越”的处理方案。通过新增泄水洞对溶洞坡脚暗河进行绕移改道,既维持了原地下水的径流,也避免了对溶洞充填物及回填体的冲刷;合理利用隧道弃渣满填溶洞,既保证了溶洞腔壁的稳定,也避免了隧道弃渣对环境的影响;桥梁基础建立在溶洞外的基岩上,避免了溶腔充填物和回填体沉降对线路的影响,确保了高速铁路运营安全;在桥梁结构外侧设置隧道衬砌防护,保障了桥梁与线路的安全。现场施工实践表明,整治方案可指导玉京山隧道安全、高效地穿越该巨型暗河溶洞。
During the construction of a high-speed railway Yujing mountain tunnel,a large water-eroded cave with complex structures was excavated.The cave has a volume of 1.08 million m^(3) and an underground river was found below the side of the cave.The complex geological and hydrogeological conditions increased the construction difficulty and safety risk.In order to ensure the safety construction and operation of the tunnel,an analysis on the overall stability of the water-eroded cave system which accounting the characteristics of the cave and the underground river,was carried out.A solution of"course change to the underground river+cavity filling+dome support+backfill undercut and lining structure protection+continuous beam crossing"was proposed.Changing the course of the underground river by adding one outlet tunnel maintained the original flow,and avoided the erosion in the backfill materials.Using excavated tunnel waste to fill the cave ensured the stability of the cave wall and protected the environment from the waste.Building the bridge foundation on the bedrock outside the cave avoided influence from the subsidence of the fill and backfill materials to the rail line and ensured the safety operation of the high-speed railway.Tunnel lining along the periphery of the bridge structure was built to safeguard the bridge and rail line.The field construction practice shows that,the proposed solution can guide the Yujing mountain tunnel to pass through the large water-eroded cave safely and efficiently.
