遵义市轨道交通近期建设规模研究

摘要 近年来我国城市轨道交通发展迅速,应基于城市经济社会、交通、城市空间布局发展需要,开展轨道交通线网规划和建设规划工作。基于遵义市城市经济社会、交通发展现状,结合遵义市轨道交通线网规划,以轨道交通在城市综合交通方式中发挥骨干作用为基准,分析城市近期客运需求建设轨道交通规模;从控制地方政府债务规模和防范金融风险角度,分析城市近期可投资建设轨道交通规模;以安全文明施工为原则,从轨道交通施工进度分析城市近期建设规模。研究表明,综合近期轨道交通建设需求规模、投资规模和进度规模,匡算遵义市轨道交通近期建设合理规模为40~60 km。本研究结果可为遵义市轨道交通发展规划决策提供支撑,确保遵义市轨道交通实现可持续发展。 In recent years,China’s urban rail transit developed rapidly.Based on the development needs of urban economy,society,transportation and urban spatial layout,the Zunyi City carried out rail transit network and construction plan.Reasonable construction plan scale of rail transit was one of the important research contents.Based on the current situation of urban economic,social and transportation development in the Zunyi City,according to the rail transit network plan and the backbone role of rail transit in urban comprehensive transportation mode,this paper analyzed the recent passenger transport demand of the city and the scale of rail transit construction.From the perspective of controlling the scale of local government debt and preventing financial risks,this paper analyzed the scale of urban rail transit that can be invested in the near future.Based on the principle of safe and civilized construction,this paper analyzed the recent construction scale of the city from the construction progress of rail transit;Based on the demand scale,investment scale and progress scale of recent rail transit construction,it was estimated that the reasonable scale of recent rail transit construction for the city is 40~60 km.The research results provide support for the plan and decision-making of rail transit development and ensure the sustainable development of rail transit for the city.
